Tags can be used to classify and organise your items in a much more flexible than
hierarchical (e.g. folders) classification. Collaborative categorization, where many
users contribute tags in time will form an accurate and more detailed
classification of products in the database.
Example (Hierarchical classification) : A movie may exist in the categories of : Sci-fi, drama and comedy.
Example (With tagging) : The traditional genres can be tagged as Sci-fi, drama and comedy but items can
also include more detailed information such as places (paris, submarine, new york),
themes (e.g. heist, drugs, kidnapping)
